Private Equity

Within the framework of its strategic evolution, Natixis has integrated its Private Equity activity into its Investment Solutions department, with the goal of developing this activity for Third Party Investors.

The Private Equity activity is now represented by 6 Management Companies focused on two main activities:

• Direct Investments in mostly French SMEs thanks to a wide range of alternative and high-return products (Venture Capital, Growth Capital/Buyout) including tax exempted products.
  
  
• International Advisory with the possibility to invest in fund of funds but also receive a personalized counsel in portfolio construction/long term alternative asset allocation, as to enable our clients to gain access to the top performing international private equity funds.
