Within the framework of its strategic evolution, NATIXIS has integrated its Private Equity activity into its INVESTMENT SOLUTIONS department, with the goal of developing this activity for Third Party Investors.

The Private Equity activity at NATIXIS is now represented by seven Management Companies located in Europe, the United States and Asia:

• The Venture Capital activity taps into the performance of high-potential companies: SEVENTURE PARTNERS and MASSERAN (Venture).
• The Growth Equity activity develops and supports companies’ growth while Buyout ensures their sustainability: NAXICAP PARTNERS and ALLIANCE ENTREPRENDRE
• The Fund of Funds activity, as well as direct Co-Investments, aims to provide suitable solutions for Institutional Investors: DAHLIA PARTNERS in Europe, EAGLE ASIA PARTNERS in Asia and CASPIAN PRIVATE EQUITY in North America, and MASSERAN (FoF)
