ALLIANCE ENTREPRENDRE favors stable, profitable small- and mid-sized companies that generate between €5 and €10 million in revenue. Its strategy covers the entire French territory and all sectors of activity.The Team focuses on 3 types of operations:
- Buyout: Support in the acquisition of a company, either by its senior managers or by outside parties thanks to the implementation of leveraged financing. Participation in build-up deals via the acquisition of several companies, with the goal of forming a large group
- Capital Offerings: Capital increases that finance the development of the company (through the acquisition of a competitor, industrial investment, international development, etc.) while still allowing the company to conserve its independence
- Capital Reorganization: Implementation of exit strategies for minority shareholders, with one possible result being that the company head relinquishes a part of his shares and senior managers increase their stake
